Do you have a backup of your db? It would be in admin/backup and be called datadump.sql
Open that in wordpad or a text editor and on the second line you will see your login details. Change those, upload the file back and restore your database.
You need to upgrade your directory so you don't get hacked again. You can download the new install or make the code changes that were posted a month or so ago

Ok, thanks!

I was trying to change here

truncate table `admin`;

INSERT INTO `admin` (`id`, `username`, `password`, `name`) VALUES ('1', '*****', '*****', '****');

I changes only here:- (******)
Is that correct...? what should I do next?
Thanks!

exactly. Make those changes, upload the file back to it's folder and restore the database using the db backup 'restore' button in the admin panel

Hi,

You can do a restore function in mysql using "import" and just go with the defaults, unless you did a special type of export.

You have to upgrade your script or it will be hacked again. The amount of work in the upgrade depends on which version you have, but if I were you I'd upload the latest version in it's entirety (backup first) and run the install.php.

Cheers,
Paz.

The restore option is in your directory. Login to the admin panel and you will find it in the db backup section.

If you want to completely reinstall the directory and then restore the database you have that would probably work. Otherwise there is just some code you need to add to a couple of pages to upgrade. There is a thread here about it. It is really easy to find the pages you need to change and add the code.
