Google Base

I want to submit my products on Google base.but when i put my company address(based in HongKong),it doesn't take.Any idea why it doesn't take? I just want to know,is this service for all countries or restricted to few of the countries?

i don't knw exactly why its not accepting but why don't u try with some other site and see if it works out and then find out..
