Poor traffic from localised yahoo search engines

On yahoo.com our site(see profile) ranks very well (top 10). But why on localised search engine like yahoo.de is our site ranked about 50?

That is a pretty stupid question.

What language is yahoo.com?? ENGLISH
What language is yahoo.de?? SOME FUNKY ONE THAT NOONE CARES BOUT

Do you really think that they will give a good ranking to a site that is not related to them? I didnt look at your website, didnt know which one, but it wont show up the same. The regional ones rank listings via regional areas, ie they will only show .de sites first. And you should not worry about one term for search engine rankings. GO BROAD!!!
