Great looking panel, I especially like the TicketCheck feature. Did you develop it yourself?

I generally will sit down with a brand new notebook, line out my features, do some psuedo code for the harder algo's and then put it away for a few days, come back and look at it and see what I missed. I will sometimes have the guys at work look it over and see if they have any input. Then I code from the top down, Templating first, then backend and frontend stuff together.
