is there any one who can help me to make the changes in:

Please change the file perms to 777 for admin/backup/db_functions.php
Please change the file perms to 777 for sitemap.xml
Please change the file perms to 777 for admin/backup/datadump.sql
You can change file/folder perms with any ftp software, also know as set attributes

I do not know how to work with .php but I would like to have my directory!

Any comments regarding how I can make the changes will be appreciated!

You have to go into those specifc files and set them to the 777 or your directory won't work.
